Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager supports the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role assists Project Managers and Superintendents with project documentation, financial tracking, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and communication while developing the skills necessary to lead projects independently.
Project Manager
The Project Manager provides leadership, direction, and accountability for assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards and client expectations. Ideal candidates for this position have a minimum of five (5) years of commercial construction experience.
Senior Project Manager
The Sr. Project Manager provides leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for large and/or complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project teams, driving financial performance, mentoring staff, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards and client expectations. Ideal candidates for this position have a minimum of ten (10) years of commercial construction experience.
Superintendent
The Superintendent provides on-site leadership, direction, and accountability for the successful execution of commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, scheduling, and site logistics while ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with company standards and client expectations. Ideal candidates for this position have a minimum of five (5) years of commercial construction experience.
