Luke joined TCG as an Assistant Project Manager following an eight-year stint as a naval officer and 14 years working overseas for a notable multi-national shipping and logistics company.  As Assistant Project Manager for TCG, Luke 

supports the Project Managers as needed.

As Trident's Cost Estimator, Cait is responsible for preparing and completing bid documents and cost estimates for all projects. She controls the construction costs by collecting and studying information, evaluating bid specifications and drawings, value engineering,

and pre-qualifying and

procurement of subcontractors.

Bert's more than 13 years of project experience ranges from imaging center upfits to construction work on the Atlanta Mercedes-Benz Stadium totalling over $100M.  As Director of Operations, Bert provides project oversight and support to the project teams from design and

As a Senior Project Manager, Hayden manages Trident’s team throughout construction. During construction, he provides daily management from project start-up through final completion of the project. Hayden is responsible for all administrative functions and works closely with the Project Superintendent.

With almost 40 years of experience in cost estimating, Steve is responsible for working with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to plan all cost factors for the construction design. 

Through analyzing drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation, he prepares time, cost, and labor estimates for each construction project.


Pre-Construction Manager

David's 25 years of construction experience ranges from commercial and residential, to renovation and ground-up construction. David's specialty is multi-family residential, but also lends his supervision expertise on Trident's medical, hospitality, and office projects.  David has renovated over 10,000 apartment units and was the recipient of the inaugural Trident President’s Award

in 2019.

    Eric started in the industry as a laborer and moved his way through the Carpentry trade and ultimately worked his way up to Senior Superintendent with TCG. Now with almost 40 years of experience, Eric provides leadership to the project team in the field. He is the field manager for safety and quality assurance as well as maintaining adherence to the project schedule.

    Brian joined TCG in 2020 following time with the Army National Guard. He brings with him experience in project management including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics. As Assistant Superintendent, Brian aids in the supervision of contractors, as well as schedule, budget, quality and safety management.

      David is a 22-year construction professional with experience in construction material installation and supervision with a focus on drywall framing and installation. David has led various project types and sizes all over the United States including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. David is the recipient of the 2020 Trident President’s Award.

      As a member of the Army National Guard for the last eight years, Sam possesses refined leadership and communication skills, as well as an understanding of effective operations. As the Assistant Superintendent, Sam assists in oversight of project field operations and manages project safety,

      quality, schedule, and subcontractor field management.

      As a Superintendent with 15 years

      of experience, Matt manages project schedules, quality control, and safety meetings and inspections. With several OSHA and carpentry certifications, Matt is not only an integral part of Trident's team, he takes pride in his projects

      completing on time and on budget

      and in the safest manner possible.

      Juan assists the Project Manager from pre-construction through construction in all areas of procurement, schedule, budget, reporting, and safety.

      Amy initially joined Trident’s sister company, The Wilkinson Group, in 2013 and ultimately transitioned to TCG fully.  She is now an integral member of the Trident family handling everything from finance and accounting, to human resources and benefits, information technology,

      and marketing.

      Deneen has more than 30 years of accounting experience.  She has been with Trident since 2013 when she joined its sister company, Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors.

      After the sale of Wilkinson’s

      property portfolio in 2020, she transitioned to TCG.
