Trident Construction Group was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Trident’s services range from minor rehabilitation projects to ground-up construction in various project types, including medical facilities, commercial office buildings and build-outs, restaurants and retail, multi-family, government, and adaptive reuse. Our experience in these areas has made us a preferred choice for clients across the region.
Our unwavering philosophy of "Clients First" is the cornerstone of our business, and we have left no stone unturned in ensuring that our clients are satisfied. To reinforce this philosophy, in 2024 we implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, making the company 100% employee-owned. This move has enabled all employees to share in the financial and operational successes of the company, which has resulted in even better service delivery to our esteemed clients.

Trident Construction Group offers a variety of services to establish the framework for the success of our clients.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE
We work with you from the very beginning to organize the scope of work for your upcoming job. During this phase we also review scheduling, budget and identify potential issues that may arise during the course of work. It is important that we educate our clients and ensure that we have a clear idea of your needs for the project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
After we have implemented your plan in the pre-construction phase, we will be with you every step of the way to manage the job progress. We will work closely with the architects, engineers and subcontractors to make sure the planned schedule and budgets are met. A dedicated Project Manager and Superintendent will be assigned to your project to help manage the project through completion.
VALUE ENGINEERING
Our comprehensive value engineering service will consider the highest quality materials and services possible. It is important to us to remain in line with your budget goals, while not sacrificing quality, function and design.
