As part of the scope for this restaurant build-out, scope of work included a complete demolition with new plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems installed throughout. The restaurant has a bar, kitchen, restrooms, and large screened porch. Interior finishes included extensive millwork at the bar and main entrance, shiplap walls, beautiful quartz bar countertops, and sealed concrete floors.

Exterior work included new windows, doors, roof, and gutters, as well as construction of the screened porch. 

 

This is the 3rd of 3 projects to date for DASH Hospitality! The other 2 restaurants in Dunwoody Village are Bar{n} Booze n Bites and Morty’s Meat & Supply, both constructed by Trident Construction Group.
