Retrofit of an existing 1,807 SF Retail space into a wine and tapas bar/restaurant.  Interior improvements encompassed a custom bar and millwork, updated finishes including a reclaimed wood wall, lighting and a prep kitchen with new equipment.  The exterior building renovation consisted of new finishes, lighting, a new metal roof covered patio, doors, and a custom folding window to allow interaction between the exterior space and the interior bar.

This was the 1st of 3 projects completed for DASH Hospitality! The other 2 restaurants in Dunwoody Village are Morty's Meat & Supply and Message in a Bottle, both constructed by Trident Construction Group.
