This project involved the construction of a single-story, 6,960-square-foot pre-engineered wash bay, purpose-built to support Yancey’s heavy equipment rental fleet. The new facility was equipped with robust concrete foundations, specialized drainage pits, and advanced cleaning infrastructure to ensure efficient and thorough maintenance of the equipment. 
Beyond the wash bay, the project also included replacing approximately two acres of paving with heavy-duty concrete to withstand industrial use. A new storm drainage system, featuring an underground stormwater detention system, was installed to effectively manage runoff and protect the site. To minimize disruption, the sitework was carefully phased, allowing the existing rental center and equipment yard to remain fully operational throughout construction.
