Trident provided construction on Pop’s Coffee, a 5,000 SF adaptive reuse project that was converted from a kitchen and bathroom show room store to a coffee shop. Pop's Coffee serves as an extension of the popular motorcycle restoration business next door, Pop’s Garage.

 

Trident provided extensive value engineering to keep this project on budget and on schedule, to open for the busy shopping week of Thanksgiving.
