This project transformed an existing wood-framed structure into a state-of-the-art, 3,700-square-foot orthopedic ambulatory surgical center. The scope of work began with the demolition of interior building components, followed by the installation of new partitions and strategic modifications to the existing framework. The facility was further enhanced with a new roofing system, upgraded electrical service including a backup generator, and comprehensive plumbing and HVAC systems. Specialized medical gas infrastructure and high-quality, medical-grade finishes were incorporated throughout the center, ensuring a modern, safe, and functional environment tailored to orthopedic care needs.
