Trident Construction Group completed the renovation of a 5,000 SF tenant space to deliver a new IVF clinic and laboratory for Muna Fertility within an occupied four-story MOB. TCG was selected following a successful prior renovation within the building, reinforcing the ownership team’s confidence in our ability to deliver within an active healthcare environment.

 

Completed over a 12-week schedule, the project included full interior demolition, new framing and drywall, comprehensive MEP upgrades with a dedicated generator, integration of fire protection, HVAC, and life safety systems with the existing building management system, installation of a new medical gas system, and high-quality interior finishes, resulting in a fully functional clinical and laboratory environment tailored to the needs of the practice.
