This project was a second-generation improvement project for a new tenant occupancy on the second floor of Lenox Mall located in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. Project included the selective demolition, non-structural partition construction, ceiling installation, finish work, and furniture/equipment setup. Additionally, Trident completed the necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing enhancements for a comprehensive renovation.
