This project includes a ground up pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a stucco, brick, and Hardie siding facade. This building will become a tool supply store for Harbor Freight, one of the country’s top tool and equipment supply retailers. 
Additional scope of work also includes complete site/civil work, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
This is the 58th Harbor Freight store in Georgia. This location hired 25-30 locally-sourced new jobs to the surrounding community.
