This project was a ground-up build of a 2,990 sf community amenity center for the residents of the Halcyon Garden District in Alpharetta, GA. The facility included an outdoor 1,025 sf pool with open and covered decks, a pool equipment room, kitchen, storage room, and men’s and women’s restrooms with showers for use by the residents. The project took 14 weeks to complete.
