This project is a 40,000 SF medical office building with space for 6 future tenants. The core & shell consisted of an intricate building envelope inclusive of metal panels, brick, precast stone, sunshades and storefront. The elevator lobby is detailed with Italian stone floors, reclaimed wood wall paneling and floating ceilings.  
The overall site plan was prepared for the core & shell building as well as a phase II cleared and graded site for medical office building expansion.

This project consisted of 13,000 SF of first generation medical clinic space for Infectious Disease. The interior buildout includes an infusion center, multiple exam rooms, X-ray room, conference area and administrative support spaces.
