Interior build out of a 2,500 sf Medical Imaging Center for Elite Radiology of Georgia, LLC. The build out included the installation of all supporting systems (electrical, mechanical, RF and Lead Shielding) for the installation of a Fonar MRI and an X-Ray suite.  This MRI weighs 240,000 lbs, was delivered on 7 flat bed trucks and installed in the basement of Suburban Plaza in Decatur, GA.  Due to the weight, the foundation for this MRI was a 2' thick slab with two mats of #7 rebar @ 12" OC at the bottom of a pit that was 10'w x 20'l x 5'd.
