Complete renovation of a 25,000 sf office facility on Dobbins Air Reserve Base.
The project consisted of the complete tear out of all finishes, MEP/FP systems and
CMU block walls. Included upgrading the site access and landscaping around the
building. The interior portion of the project included the complete build back
of the space including all new finished, MEP/FP systems including DDC Controls
and Commissioning. The project was completed 3 months ahead of schedule.
