The project scope included the slab construction and interior build-out of the 26,000 SF terrace level of a medical office. Helical piers across the entire space support the new slab and a methane barrier was installed under the slab throughout. The space included two medical clinics and one Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with five procedure rooms with MED gas. 

Clinics include multiple exam rooms, administration and doctor offices, lounges, conference rooms, executive offices, breakrooms, and waiting areas. 

The ASC is equipped with five procedure rooms with one room prepped for future use as a procedure room. ASC has a complete PACU with 12 recovery and prep bays. 

The exterior work included installation of multiple exterior glass doors with push button and keypad open capabilities. High end finishes located throughout the space and decorative lighting and custom millwork installed in common areas.
