Coopers Crossing - Cartersville, GA
This project featured the development of two distinct office and warehouse buildings: a 9,000-square-foot North Building and a 6,000-square-foot South Building. Each was situated on a separate site, just under one acre in size. Both sites were comprehensively upgraded with new stormwater management systems, concrete curbs, asphalt, and heavy-duty concrete paving to support industrial operations. The infrastructure improvements included installing sanitary sewer pumping systems, a force main, and new domestic water services to ensure reliable utility access.
Each building was constructed using pre-engineered metal systems and enhanced with decorative white and red brick veneer, aluminum storefronts, and suspended canopies, offering both durability and modern curb appeal. Inside, the office areas were finished with commercial-grade carpet and LVT plank flooring, complemented by stained birch wood doors and “modern gray” plastic laminate cabinetry. The warehouse spaces featured sealed concrete flooring and overhead sectional doors, providing a functional and attractive environment tailored for business needs.
