Demolition of the existing Fitness Center and pool equipment building to allow for the construction of the new 2,200 sf Fitness Center. The front and rear walls of the        Fitness Center are floor to ceiling glass walls. The exterior finishes are a combination of stucco, metal panels, stacked stone and standing seam metal roof. Facility           includes a Fitness Center, Men’s and Women’s Restrooms and Pool Equipment Room.
