Complete property renovation to include the interior upgrade of 368 apartment units, removal and replacement of approximately 465,000 sf of original cedar siding with fiber cement siding (Hardie), painting the exterior of all 31 buildings on the property, removal and replacement of existing wood handrails with PVC handrails, re-roofed the entire property, removed and replaced 15,000 sf of timber retaining walls with segmental block retaining walls, brought 33 Down units back online, replaced polybutylene plumbing piping in 192 units, replaced all property signage and significantly upgraded the landscaping and other amenities and renovated the Clubhouse. The property remained operational during this project and saw a steady increase in occupancy during and after the renovation.
