Ground up project consisting of 10 separate wood-framed cottages spread across a half-mile of shoreline along Lake Hartwell. These remodeled cottages replaced the 40-year-old structures that were on the site previously. Project consisted of eight 2-bedroom and two 3-bedroom cottages.  Two of the cottages were built to the ADA standard to accommodate all visitors.  The project scope also included demolition of existing structures, site grading, site utilities, hardscape, and landscape.
