The Salty - Atlanta, GA

Trident has completed construction on two locations for The Salty, a boutique doughnut and coffee shop. 

 

Their first Atlanta restaurant opened in the heart of Buckhead, the second on the Beltline on Krog Street, and the third in Midtown. Project sizes range from 1,200 to 2,000 sf, with the Buckhead location being the largest as it is the kitchen for all three locations. Project scope of Buckhead included a complete renovation of the interior and exterior of the store and a hood and full kitchen build-out.

 

The Krog Street location has an industrial design to integrate the building's historic, original brick walls in with the adjacent landscaping. The actual build-out was a shell space in a new three-story building situated on the Beltline at the corner of Krog and Irwin, as part to the ongoing Krog St. Market area revitalization. 

 

The West Midtown location at 1050 Howell Mill Road, provides a casual bakery experience with plenty of welcoming seating areas and a contemporary confections display. 

The architect for all three locations is Storyn Studio for Architecture.
