The project consisted of a complete Clubhouse Renovation and handrail replacement on all 463 units on the property. The Clubhouse was completely reconfigured to provide a more inviting Leasing Office, better functionality for the management functions and the addition of a Community Room that is able to be opened for after-hours use. Additionally, the Clubhouse was made to be ADA compliant with the addition of ramp to allow access under current ADA codes. Additionally, the existing wood handrails were replaced with PVC handrails on all 463 units. While we were replacing handrails, we also replaced rotten wood and corrected any structural issues encountered on the decks and catwalks.
