The AMA Real Estate Holdings MOB project is a two-story, 20,000 SF medical office building located in Forsyth County, GA. Trident built the shell and 5,000 SF of tenant upfit on the 2nd level.

The building is structural steel with cast-in-place concrete foundations and slabs and a TPO insulated roof. The sheathing is gypsum-based boards over structural steel studs coated with an air barrier. The building façade consists of brick, stone and aluminum storefront windows and doors.

 

The tenant upfit included 10 exam rooms, a sonogram suite, a nuclear stress test suite, two offices and support spaces for a Cardiologist office.
