Trident has completed several interior build-outs for Thomas Eye Group across the state of Georgia including: Lithonia, Peachtree City, North Druid Hills, Tyrone and two locations in Sandy Springs.

The Thomas Eye Group Tyrone location (pictured here) is a 5,500 SF medical office building and ambulatory surgery center which included two full operating rooms, complete install of a medical gas system, laser procedure room, post anesthesia care units, support spaces, an exam room, and offices.  The building is supported by an emergency generator which was also installed by Trident.

Our newest project, located in Suwanee, just broke ground and will be complete in 2024. This 24,500 SF, 1-story, ground-up Medical Office Building includes 3.7 acres of site development.
