This project was a ground-up build of a 892-sf, free-standing utility building consisting of restrooms and an accessory utility room that is to be handed over to Forsyth County Parks & Recreation as an amenity center for the public.  The facility anchors the southern terminus of the Big Creek Greenway providing the public the opportunity to explore the Greenway and nearby Nature habitat. This project took 8 weeks to complete.
