Trident Construction Group completed Hoelting and McCormack’s 3-Story law office renovation on Baltimore Block. Baltimore Block’s historical legacy began in 1885, establishing itself as Atlanta’s first long term leasing ground. This Midtown Property presented Trident with plenty  of remediation opportunities, including: original flooring, fireplaces, and stairwells. We appreciated the opportunity to work on this historical property.
