Interior build out of 4,230 sf restaurant. Project included the construction of a 1,350 sf mezzanine, installation of a grease exhaust system that vented through 4 floors to the roof and all of the kitchen equipment. The wall above the bar is a multi-faceted wall clad in reclaimed barn wood. Finishes include reclaimed barn wood, polished concrete   flooring, stone veneer, quarry and ceramic tile. Project duration was 12 weeks.
